Broadband and Permits Program Administrator - Arizona Department of Transportation

Joe is an experienced broadband and telecommunications professional with expertise in project management, leasing, zoning, permitting, and construction. Joe was previously ADOT's Broadband Coordinator where he oversaw wireless telecommunications facilities, broadband compensation, and fiber leases. Previously, he held leadership roles at a consulting firm, managing large-scale telecom projects and optimizing operations. Joe has a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
