Purpose
ASHE Sonoran Section provides thousands of dollars annually to students pursuing educational opportunities related to transportation. The Scholarship Golf Tournament is the sole support of the program.
Course
ASHE has held successful tournaments throughout the metro Phoenix area. In recent years, we’ve enjoyed tremendous events at the Point Tapatio Golf Course.

Thank You for Making Our Scholarship Tournament a Success
The ASHE Phoenix Sonoran Annual Golf tourney was held on Thursday, May 22nd at Point Tapatio Lookout Mountain Golf Club. The sold out event included 144 golfers, several sponsors, volunteers and even a few out of town guests.
The event was highly successful and able to raise over $15,000 for the Phoenix Sonoran’s scholarship fund which goes to in state students pursuing degrees in Civil Engineering, Urban/Transportation Planning or Construction Engineering/Management.
The Sonoran section board of directors would like to express a huge thank you to everyone who joined and participated in this year’s event and we look forward to another great day on the course in 2026!
